The LINCO TA-1000 Temperature Averager offers all of the functionality of its predecessor plus a broader range of input/output options in CSA-certified weatherproof* and explosion-proof* packages. It provides a flow-weighted average temperature for one or two channels using a volume input and a temperature probe input for each channel. Serial RS-232 and RS-485 communications, analog inputs and outputs, and net pulse outputs are optionally available.

The accuracy of temperature-based calculations is no longer dependent on having a well-calibrated unit because the unit calibrates itself with each temperature sampling, eliminating temperature drift and minimizing setup time. The device samples and updates the temperature (and any analog inputs in use) once per second per channel. Flow totals, alarms, and analog inputs can be reset with the press of a button.
